Online Help Documentation can be found on any web page of any software application and is accessed by life saver icon Users may even create their own support notes, via User Notes within the Online Help program, which may optionally be tied to a specific program. An example of a User Note may be your organizations unique process of how and who to transfer a work file to.
Product Update Notifications
If you are an ADG user, you can receive email notifications of new features and updates. Your organization’s account and users may be managed by knowing your ADG customer # and organization’s primary zip code. Click here to connect to the ADG ATS Customer Sign-On. From the link above, you may also add, delete, and/or edit Contact Information for ADG software users within your organization.
‘GoMeetNow’ enables the ADG Support Team to access your desktop via the internet to work with clients while conducting training or to provide direct application support. Enter the Support Team Member’s meeting ID in the area below, and click the ‘Meet Now’ button. The system will download and install the GoMeetNow applet to your computer and prompt you for your name and email address.
