Here are the people you'll work with.
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew is CEO of Tripleview, ADG's parent company, where he sets direction across the portfolio while keeping ADG focused on building durable software local governments can rely on for the long haul. He brings more than 25 years in public-sector ERP and a practical, relationship-first approach to leadership. Outside work he is usually with family, on a mountain bike, or on the slopes.
Chief Technology Officer
As Tripleview's CTO, Rubens guides the architecture, security, and technical direction behind Vantage and the company's other products, drawing on years scoping and delivering large CRM, order-management, and billing systems for international organizations. He holds a computer engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two children.
VP, Research & Development
Charles leads software engineering and delivery across Tripleview's products, including ADG Vantage, with more than 20 years building engineering teams in telecom, fintech, ecommerce, and renewable energy. He is pragmatic and delivery-focused, and an endurance-sports enthusiast who swims, cycles, and runs.
Director of Customer Success
Chris leads customer success across Tripleview's products, helping clients get the full value of Vantage from onboarding through long-term adoption. He is focused on clear, proactive communication and on turning complex rollouts into lasting partnerships. Away from work he is into live music, travel, and hockey.
Manager, Customer Success
Stephanie leads the team at the heart of ADG's customer experience, guiding local governments through ERP onboarding, training, and long-term adoption. With more than a decade at ADG spanning sales, implementation, support, and team leadership, she has a rare end-to-end view of what it takes for customers to succeed, and she coaches her team to act as first responders, advocates, and partners at once. Rooted in Morrison, Colorado, she brings that same patience to the golf course, community volunteer work, and the occasional 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle.
Customer Support Specialist
Jake is a first point of contact for customers and coordinates implementations, custom work, and upgrades from start to finish. A utility-billing guru with broad knowledge across the suite, he meets every issue with empathy and a focus on lasting fixes. He plays drums and guitar and travels with his wife whenever he can.
Customer Support Specialist
Cory is the technically minded end of the support team, the one who digs into the thornier technical issues customers run into and gets them resolved. He came to ADG with a background in technical customer support, so troubleshooting under pressure is second nature. Based in Louisiana, he spends his off hours building out a homelab of servers and side projects.
Customer Support Specialist
Crystal is the support specialist you hope to reach: a genuine listener who takes the time to understand the problem before settling on the right fix. Her accounting background helps her speak the same language as the finance teams she supports. She lives in Oklahoma with her two sons and three dogs, and is a seriously good cook.
Senior Account Executive
Jesse brings nine years of experience in SaaS sales and sales leadership to ADG Vantage, where he helps local governments find practical technology solutions that fit the way they work. He takes a consultative, relationship-first approach, with a focus on understanding customers and building long-term partnerships. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, staying active, and spending time with his fiancée and two cats.
Sales Representative
Kelly brings deep public-sector finance experience to ADG, having served as comptroller, CFO, and finance director across Florida county offices before joining the team. She knows the buyer's job firsthand and helps organizations find the right fit. A Florida Southern College accounting grad, she is often on the water or at the beach with her husband and two labradoodles.
Product Manager
As ADG's Product Manager, Alex owns the Vantage roadmap: deciding what gets built next, scoping professional-services development, and running product discovery directly with customers. He works within Tripleview's product team, partnering with engineering and support to turn real government workflows into shipped features. At home he keeps up with two young kids, two cats, and a labrador retriever, and plays ultimate frisbee through the summer.
Lead Architect
Michael works across Tripleview's product lines on the hardest technical problems, with much of his focus on ADG: modernizing established systems and keeping the software clients depend on robust and maintainable. He leads by staying close to the work, and is drawn to good stories and well-designed systems, in roughly that order.
Associate Product Manager
Stefan turns customer needs into practical product improvements, working hand in hand with support teams and developers from idea to release. Part of Tripleview's product team with his focus on ADG, he brings a background spanning 3D design, implementation, and onboarding that keeps user experience at the center. Off the clock he makes art, games competitively, and competes in armwrestling.
Senior Developer
Pradeep leads development work and shapes product architecture, delivering reliable software and mentoring the team along the way. His expertise spans PHP, web technologies, system integration, and a growing focus on AI and emerging tech. He is happiest with a genuinely hard problem in front of him.
Developer
Adam builds and refines the features government teams rely on across the Vantage platform, working the full stack from modern web to legacy enterprise systems. He is systematic and detail-oriented, with an eye for how technical decisions shape the end user's experience. Outside work: volleyball, the handpan, and nature photography.
