As the longest team member at ADG (25 years and counting), Jack has helped over ___ customers to optimize their workflow by implementing and customizing their ADG software experience. Jack has now transitioned to oversee NC, SC, GA and AL prospects, allowing him to enjoy more time with the grandkids and continue making more lifelong friends along the way. Don’t be surprised if you see Jack arrive at your next conference on his bike – he likes breaking up the long drives!
KELLY GOODWIN METCALF
Sales
Spending 30 years as a former CFO for local governments, Kelly used ADG software daily in her position. Having seen the benefits within her municipality, she began sharing ADG products long before she assumed her official position in Sales. Now, Kelly helps organization leaders reduce their workloads through the simplified integration of ADG software. When Kelly isn’t in the office, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors fishing, on the paddle board, or playing around with her Labradors.
STEPHANIE COOPER
Customer Success Manager
After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, Stephanie approached the ADG Founders to acquire a position in Sales back in 2011. After discovering her passion for helping others (coupled with comprehensive knowledge of the software), Stephanie moved onto the Support team to work closer with customers in integrating the software. As a mom to two toddlers, Stephanie knows the importance of keeping things simple and straightforward. On weekends you’ll find her surrounded by family and friends.
