This Privacy Policy describes how American Data Group, Inc. ("ADG," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit adginc.net or interact with the marketing pages for ADG Vantage. It does not cover the ADG Vantage product itself when used by our customers' end users — that is governed by separate agreements with each customer organization.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit the demo request form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, work email, organization name, organization type, organization size, modules of interest, timeline, phone number (optional), and any notes you include. We use this information solely to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and follow up about ADG Vantage.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps) and our analytics tools may automatically collect:
- Standard server log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time of visit.
- Behavioral analytics data: pages visited, clicks, scroll depth, session duration, and similar engagement metrics, collected via Microsoft Clarity and HubSpot (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests, sales inquiries, and other questions you send us.
- To schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- To follow up about ADG Vantage and related offerings you may be interested in.
- To analyze how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraud.
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers we use to operate the site and respond to inquiries:
- Zendesk — when you submit the demo request form, the contents are stored as a ticket in our Zendesk customer-support system, where ADG sales staff handle the response. See Zendesk's privacy notice.
- Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps — our hosting provider, which receives standard server log information necessary to deliver the site. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Microsoft Clarity — we use Clarity for behavioral analytics including session replay. Sensitive form fields and inputs are masked. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- HubSpot — we use HubSpot to associate site activity with sales contacts, track pageviews and form submissions, and manage follow-up communications. See HubSpot's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of ADG, our customers, or others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets cookies and uses similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The main sources are Microsoft Clarity (behavioral analytics including session replay, with sensitive form fields and inputs masked) and HubSpot (pageview tracking, form-submission tracking, and association of activity with sales contacts).
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not track you across other sites.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, or you can use a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts. You can also exercise your rights under applicable law (see "Your rights" below) by contacting us at privacy@adginc.net.
Data retention
- Demo requests are retained in Zendesk and our CRM for as long as we may reasonably need them for ongoing sales follow-up and customer relationship management, or to comply with legal obligations.
- Server logs are retained for a limited period (typically less than 90 days) for operational and security purposes.
- Analytics data is retained according to the providers' default retention settings, generally up to 13 months for Microsoft Clarity. HubSpot retains contact and activity records for as long as the contact remains in our CRM.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, and similar US state laws) to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@adginc.net from the email address associated with the request, or call us at 303.741.5711. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
The site is intended for business audiences, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us at privacy@adginc.net and we will delete it.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The form submission endpoint uses HTTPS in transit, and credentials for downstream systems (Zendesk, etc.) are stored in encrypted application configuration, never in client code. No internet transmission is ever 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
ADG is based in the United States. If you visit the site from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
